The IGF’s 19th Annual General Meeting was held on November 7–9, 2023, at the Palais des Nations in Geneva and online, hosted by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development. The theme for 2023 was Sharing Mining Benefits in the Energy Transition.
The day before the AGM opened, we hosted a dedicated forum for government officials which included sessions on key Secretariat activities with members. Importantly, our members ratified the updated IGF Mining Policy Framework and participated in Executive Committee elections
