The 2024 Mining and Sustainability Forum of the Americas was held in Lima, Peru on Thursday, September 12, 2024, from 9:00 to 12:30 local time. The forum’s theme was Moving Beyond Extraction: Harnessing the Value of Critical Minerals and was attended by more than 150 participants. The event was hosted by the IGF, Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and the Mines Ministries of the Americas Conference (CAMMA).
