The inaugural joint ASOMM-IGF ASEAN Mining and Sustainability Forum takes place March 20 in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
This year’s theme is sharing good practices and addressing gaps in the ASEAN. The Forum aims to identify strengths and gaps among attending governments’ mining sectors and foster collaboration between delegates to support common gaps amongst countries.
Discussions will highlight a variety of timely topics, including: added value in minerals, resources and reserve estimation, mine rehabilitation, green mining technology and environmental management of mines.
