Silvana de Olazaval Carty is a Legal Advisor serving with the Vice-Ministry of Mines within Peru’s Ministry of Energy and Mines since 2019.

She has extensive experience providing legal advice to public entities as well as domestic and foreign companies in the energy, mining, and agro-industrial sectors.

She has worked on projects of national interest in Peru’s energy and mining sector, specifically concerning the purchase, sale, and financing of projects in the mentioned sectors. She has a Masters in Public Management and in mining, environmental, and natural resources matters.
