Workshop on Tax Base Erosion and Profit Shifting in the Mining Sector

ATAF, IGF, OECD, and WATAF are pleased to host a workshop on tax base erosion and profit shifting (BEPS) in mining June 15-18, 2020, in Monrovia, Liberia.

This workshop will foster participants’ knowledge of the mining value chain and its main BEPS risks in the African region, at both the domestic and regional levels.

Various timely taxation in mining topics will be covered in the workshop, such as tax treaties, indirect transfers of mining assets, transfer pricing and mining tax incentives.
